Email is the quickest route. It lands on the same desk as the post and we read it in the order it arrives.
What we can answer
- Measurements, materials and what is physically in the box.
- Whether a piece is built for rain or for a dry ceiling.
- Which strands run off a wall outlet and which need nothing.
- Which of two similar sizes or patterns you are actually looking at.
- A fault in something we made, with a photograph if you have one.
What we cannot answer
Anything tied to an order belongs to the retail partner who took it. Where the parcel has got to, when it lands, what the card was charged, how a return was logged: all of that sits in the account you bought with, and their help desk can see it while we cannot. Writing here first only adds a day to the answer.
The postal desk
Letters reach us at that desk. It is an office and not a showroom, so there is nothing on display to try, no counter to stand at, and no one there who can take a parcel off you.
