When it ships
Delivery runs end to end through our retail partner. Here is what that means before you press a button.
Who moves the box
We make the pieces. A retail partner stocks them, takes the order and moves the box. Every buy button on this site opens their listing, and from the moment it opens the delivery belongs to them: their carriers, their cut-off times, their tracking.
Where the real date is
The listing shows a delivery window for your address before you commit, and it updates as stock moves around. That window is the only honest date available, because it is worked out from where the stock is sitting and where you are. Nothing on our side could improve on it.
Why there is no rate table on this page
A table here would be a copy of somebody else’s numbers going stale from the day it was typed. Rates, speeds and thresholds are set by the partner and change without telling us. Read them on the listing, where they are current.
If a box runs late
Start at the partner’s order page. It usually knows more than any person could tell you, and it can act where we cannot: we have no view of your order and no way to move it along.
What we can help with
Everything before the order. What is in the box, how big it is, what it is made from, whether it belongs outdoors, which of two sizes is the one you want. The mailbag page has the address.
