Do you sell straight from this site?
No. Every piece is listed with a retail partner, and the buy buttons open that listing in a new tab. Price, stock and delivery all live on that side.
Is the price on your page the price I pay?
It is the price we read off the listing on the day this page was built. Listings move, so treat ours as a guide and the listing as the answer.
How do I tell what will survive outside?
Every product page carries a line called where it lives. Sixteen pieces are built for weather, forty-two for a dry ceiling, and thirty will do either.
Which pieces need an outlet?
Fifteen, and most of them are light strands. Each one says so in the spec list on its own page, and the picker has a power question if you want the whole set at once.
What does the number in a product name mean?
The count in the box, written out rather than hinted at. Where a piece comes in a pair or a dozen, the number is in the name and the measurement sits beside it.
Are your sizes in inches?
Yes, inches and feet throughout. The doors, tables and yards these pieces are made for are measured that way, so the box is too.
Can I order a size you do not list?
No. What is on the shelves is what we make. Several designs come in more than one size, and each size has its own page rather than hiding inside a dropdown.
Where do I chase an order?
With the retail partner who took it. They can see the order and we cannot, so their help desk is the short route rather than the long one.
